Supervision and Consultation

About

I offer supervision for new professionals working toward their professional license or art therapy credentials. My experience supervising began with supervising interns while working in community mental health, continued as the Internship Coordinator for IUPUI’s Graduate art therapy program, and has continued with new professionals. I have provided over 1000 hours of supervision for both students and professionals combined.

My approach to supervision is to combine both case consultation with art making. At times art making is specific to case consultation, but often times it is related to professional development and self as a therapist. I current run one art therapy supervision group for three hours once a month. I am also available for individual supervision. Please reach out to csleeds77@gmail.com if you are interested in learning more.

Like in my therapy practice, I also often recommend resources such as books, websites and podcasts in my supervision. I am eager to share the new things I am learning as a clinician with the folks I am supervising.
