Transparency in cost is important to me. My rates are below. Generally I meet with folks for a 55 minute session. That is also the maximum that insurance will generally allow if you choose to use your insurance. My rates reflect 10 years of experience as well as my specialized training as an art therapist and IFS therapist.

Intake session (75 minutes): $175.00

(Intakes are just the first session in which we are getting to know one another and information gathering. Documentation during an intake is more extensive than an average session)

Individual therapy (55 minutes): $150.00

Individual therapy (40 minutes): $120.00

Individual therapy (90 minutes): $225.00

Above are my self-pay rates as well as the rates I bill insurance. However, if you choose to use your insurance, they will likely have a different “negotiated rate” that they are willing to pay that is lower than the rates above.
